Iverify has developed a five-step methodology for better understanding your business. We call it Iverification™. It’s not a matter of choosing a package or filling in a template. Iverification is about fulling immersing ourselves in your company, and asking the right questions specific to your industry, your business goals and your security needs.
Through Iverification we seek first to understand your business – then we design a security solution that is right for you. Here’s how:
In this collaborative stage, it’s our job to understand your short- and long-term business goals, and help you identify your security objectives. There’s no such thing as too much information. So we ask questions that help us discover the philosophy of your business: what you do, how you do it, what you need, and how Iverify can help. And we listen closely – the more we know about your risks and vulnerabilities, the better we can help protect your people and critical assets.
The key to designing an effective security solution is understanding the larger goal and creating a plan that serves it every step of the way. Leveraging information gathered in the Discover phase, the entire Iverify team begins outlining the strategy, scope and overall direction of your project. We continue to ask questions, we share our experiences and we discuss all the possibilities. Planning includes everything from budget and timing to technical specifications and non-technical recommendations. We encourage extensive client input and interaction during this phase, as it is crucial in determining the final product.
The project is defined and the direction is documented and approved – now it’s time to execute the plan. This is where we turn an approved design into your functioning security solution. During this stage, we also identify any issues dealing with usability, functionality, design, cost or process and make the appropriate modifications prior to final deployment.
Iverify must continually evaluate our work in order to demonstrate impact and make improvements. That’s where 30-60-90 day evaluations come into play. This phase covers support, gathering feedback, identifying bugs, etc., and any necessary additions which have become evident over time. And we are there with you every step of the way, from initial deployment and testing to troubleshooting and fine tuning.
Communication keeps you current. So we monitor and evaluate how your world is changing. Is there new information relevant to your industry? Is your company expanding? Is a specific location facing new threats? Our goal is to ensure your security solution continues to meet your ever-changing security goals and business objectives. And open communication is the key.
