At approximately 13:43, a duress panic was received from Register 1. The associate stated an African-American female was refusing to leave the premises when she was denied a refund on the items purchased with a check. The subject is an African American female wearing a tan jacket with pink pants.
Suspect Activity
The subject refused to leave the location and remained on the site in attempt to get a refund.
Iverify Response
Voice Commands were made several times by Protection Specialist 196 directly to the subject requesting she leave the location. The associate requested the police to be dispatched. The police were contacted via Operator 4689.

The subject left the location before the police arrived.
