While reviewing the shift change video, Iverify observed an associate counting money from her register with the register open.
Suspect Activity
The associate counted her till from 15:10 until 15:14. During this timeframe, customers were seen approaching the register repeatedly.
Iverify Response
The Protection Specialist reminded the associate not to count money at the register due to the increased potential for robbery.
Iverify will also speak to the store’s manager and report the violation.
