At appproximately 18:26, a duress panic alarm was received from Register 2. The manager on duty stated that a Caucasian male wearing a grey-and-blue jacket and dark jeans was acting very disorderly. She requested that Iverify ask the subject to leave the location.
Suspect Activity
The subject did not comply with securities command.
Iverify Response
Iverify continued to monitor the location and conducted additional Voice Commands.
Iverify also attempted to dispatch police but the dispatch had already been conducted by the store location.
At approximately 18:30, police arrived on location via Operator 16

The subject was escorted outside the location by police.
