Video alarm was triggered due to motion detected at the location at 2:14:44 AM. Upon connecting to the location, the Protection Specialist observed a Caucasian male.
Suspect Activity
The Caucasian male was dressed in a black hooded jacket, dark jeans and a black skull cap which was pulled over his face.
Iverify Response
Protection Specialist 17 initiated Voice Commands directed at the individual, at which time he moved out of camera view. After the individual left the camera view, more Voice Commands were made.
Recorded video was retrieved to determine if the individual had left the location. In addition, police were dispatched to the location and arrived on scene at 2:27 AM.
The store manager was also notified of the incident and she advised she would be arriving in a gold Toyota. The police were advised of store manager’s name and vehicle description.
Two burglar alarm zones are dedicated to the stockroom area which are the stockroom door and stockroom motion. The stockroom door was not triggered because the individual cut a hole in the wall. A service ticket was generated to check the stockroom motion coverage.
Suspect Response
The subject was observed making several trips in and out of the stockroom with various items.
