Ray Humphrey is an internationally-acknowledged leader in the security-risk management field, with extensive experience at the most senior levels of government and industry. To this day, he is the only individual to have served as President of both ASIS International and the International Security Management Association (ISMA).
A graduate of Norwich University in Vermont, Ray retired as a Colonel following 20 years of service in the U.S. Army. He is also a former White House Fellow, America’s most prestigious program for leadership and public service.
Leveraging his security expertise, Ray co-authored “What Corporate America Needs to Know About Bioterrorism,” in
“The Executive’s Desk Book on Corporate Risks and Response for Homeland Security” (National Legal Center for the Public Interest, 2003).
Currently Ray evaluates homeland-security preparedness, deterrence, business continuity, consequence management, introduction of leading-edge security technology and similar initiatives at the municipal, state and organizational levels within the United States and other countries.
