With more than ten years experience in remote-video monitoring, Jose Chavarria is considered an expert among his peers in the security industry. Jose serves as Senior Vice President of Technology for Iverify, where he is charged with identifying solutions that improve delivery of the company’s security services.
Prior to joining Iverify, Jose held several positions with InterSTAR Systems, including Systems Developer, where he worked closely with Microsoft® to develop the InterSTAR I-5000 and I-7000 proprietary remote video-monitoring systems, and Vice President of Operations, where he integrated several platforms and communication methods into a single Video Monitoring Center.
Jose also worked with NASA at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, where he contributed several ideas to the Space Station project which are still in use today.
Jose received his Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University and his Master of Science degree from the University of Houston.
