Operators of Iverify’s state-of-the-art video monitoring center, the “I”, can see, hear and respond to emergencies, and assist with security needs as they occur. These protection specialists require special training to monitor, verify on-site activities and respond accordingly.
With funding from a state-supported $75,000 grant, Central Piedmont Community College and the North Carolina Community College System, are designing a new training program to assist Iverify as the company continues to fill new positions.
The curriculum includes protection-specialist training for operators, leadership and team-building training for supervisors, and customer-service training for all monitoring center employees.
iVerify is a rapidly growing intelligent-video and audio-monitoring company, specializing in fundamental-security principles and leading-edge surveillance technologies. iVerify has built one of the most sophisticated Video Monitoring Centers (VMC) in the United States, from which local, regional and national locations are remotely monitored and secured by specially-trained security professionals to reduce loss from internal theft, shoplifting and robbery. iVerify is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.
