The Charlotte Business Journal has honored Iverify as one of the 2008 Best Places to Work in Charlotte, North Carolina. Iverify was one of 65 Charlotte-area companies honored on Wednesday, November 5, 2008. The honor recognizes Iverify’s achievements in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of employee satisfaction, working conditions and company culture.
Charlotte-based Iverify was one of several hundred companies nominated and placed fifteenth out of the 25 that were honored in the midsize category (50 to 200 employees). Companies were chosen based on nominations submitted to The Charlotte Business Journal and reviewed by Quantum Market Research, an independent human-resources survey firm based in Wichita, Kansas. Quantum then surveyed employees at the companies and assigned a point value to workers’ responses. The awards were based on a tally of those points.
